New Hyper Scale campus with ongoing construction. The majority of the infrastructure in the data center is provided by the Owner and built offsite around the United States. With the Owner-Furnished Equipment provided and installed by Multiple Integrators, coordination of deliveries and interface points was led our team to allow for a high quality and efficient installation of site installed components.
Scope of Work
Support facilities on the project included Central Utility Plant Buildings, complete campus infrastructure including Communications Ductbank, Medium Voltage Overhead pathways and Site Security. Design Build Temp Power sized for startup and commissioning. Innovative Quality Assurance and Customer Experience Assistance led to the turnover of the first phase. This project continues to build on ArchKey Project Delivery Model.
