Dulles Airport Concourse
Design Build 14 gate terminal project for United at Dulles International Airport. Expected to open in early 2027, the 435,000-square-foot Concourse E will directly connect to the airport’s underground Aerotrain station, add capacity for international flights, and offer new amenities like retail, concessions, and a 40,000-square-foot United Club.
Scope of Work
ArchKey is responsible for the essential infrastructure to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the project. Our team is responsible for delivering a power system, energy-efficient lighting, and a comprehensive fire alarm system to enhance safety. Additionally, we’re implementing advanced security measures and integrating tel/data systems to support communication functions.
